Cofra Soft, footbed made of perfumed PU, anatomic, soft and comfortable; the shape of the bottom part guarantees impact energy absorption (shock absorber) and high grip; the upper part absorbs moisture and keeps the foot dry.

ULTRA VIOLET RESISTANT

POLIAXID compound wich guarantees high hygiene, particularly suitable for health and food industries. It still resists to organic substances and hydrolisis and is UVR treated (Ultra Violet Resistant) to slow yellowing and oxidation to which white PU is normally subject for exposure to light and air. Yellowing might also occur for bad maintenance and no washing after use.

COLD DEFENDER PU

COLD DEFENDER PU is a special PU compound which guarantees higher performances than the ordinary PU for: - MECHANICAL RESISTANCE TO LOW TEMPERATURES: particularly sturdy in dynamic conditions and under strong mechanical strains, typical of different work activities, under extreme temperatures up to –25°C; - THERMAL INSULATION: together with the footwear construction, it guarantees successful tests for Cold Insulation with better results than the -17°C required by the standard EN ISO 20345:2007

SOFT BED

Anatomic footbed made of soft and comfortable polyurethane; the pattern of the lower layer guarantees shock absorbing action and good grip; the upper layer absorbs perspiration and leaves the foot always dry. Cold and heat insulation.

MICROTECH

Minifiber PU layered, well resistant to chemical agents, breathable and waterproof; it mantains its features through time. Suitable for food and agricultural industry.

BREATEX

highly breathable upper fabric, resistant to abrasion and tear

CORDURA

Highly performing fabric, it provides durability and excellent resistance to tears and punctures. Its durability is 2-7 times higher than nylon, polyester and cotton. Light, easy to maintain and quick to dry.

SANY GEL

Antistatic, anatomic footbed with special gel insert in the heel; the cover in contact with the skin absorbs perspiration all over the foot and favours breathability; hygiene and anti-bacterial treatment are guaranteed by BAYER®.

CAMBRELLE

100% polyamide lining, breathable and highly abrasion resistant. It keeps your foot dry and comfortable.

HEAT BARRIER

Anatomic and perfumed footbed, insulating against high temperatures. The thermal comfort inside the footwear is granted thanks to the specials PU compound devised to give high insulation.

HEAT DEFENDER PU

HEAT DEFENDER PU is a compound devised to prevent heath from passing through the sole into the shoe: it resists to 180°C for 30 minutes without its chemical-phisical features being altered.

METATARSAL SUPPORT

Footbed made of soft PU, full piece, antistatic, anatomic, removable, covered with cloth; it guarantees maximum comfort and shock absorption. Cold and heat insulation.

METATARSAL SUPPORT GEL

Footbed made of soft PU, full piece, antistatic, anatomic, removable, covered with cloth; the soft gel insert in the metatarsal area guarantees stability and comfort even on uneven surfaces. Cold and heat insulation.

SUPER LIGHT PU

POLIXANE A polyurethane compound capable of excellent resistance to mineral oils and hydrocarbons (~ 1,5% increase in volume, compared with the minimum requirement dictated by EN Regulation 20344-2004, equivalent to 12%). The characteristics of lightness and fl exibility have been optimized, thus providing the POLIXANE boot with maximum comfort and freedom of movement.
